This policy explains what personal data profdeezy.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

profdeezy.com is run by Dale Malcolm-Adams, trading as Prof. Deezy, London, UK. For anything about your data, email contact@profdeezy.com. Under UK data protection law we are the “controller” of your personal data.

What we collect and why

Enquiries and bookings. When you send an enquiry or booking request, we collect your name, email, message and any event or track details. We use them to reply and arrange the work. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract.

Merch orders. When you buy merch, we collect your name, email, delivery address, phone number and order details. We use them to make, ship and support your order. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.

Mailing list. When you join the mailing list or claim the free pack, we collect your email address. We use it to send the pack, new mixes and occasional offers. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by unsubscribing at any time.

Browsing the site. When you visit, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. We use it to run, secure and improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.

We never sell your data.

Who else handles it

We use trusted services to run the site. Each one only gets what it needs:

Some of these companies process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as UK-approved contract terms.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work, for example to keep items in your basket. We only use other cookies, such as those from embedded players, with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@profdeezy.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
