Using the site

All music, mixes, artwork, photos, videos and text on this site belong to Prof. Deezy or the original rights holders. Merch orders

Prices and payment

Sample packs

Sample packs are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller (“merchant of record”) for those purchases and handles payment, tax and delivery. Lemon Squeezy’s terms apply to the sale. Our Sample licence sets out how you can use the sounds.

Bookings and studio work

DJ bookings and mixing or mastering work are agreed separately by email, including price, dates and what’s included. A booking is confirmed once we’ve both agreed the details in writing and any agreed deposit has been paid.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We’re responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a business.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
