All merch is printed to order by our production partner, Printful, so each piece is made just for you.
- Production: 2–7 working days
- UK delivery after dispatch: 3-7 working days
- EU delivery after dispatch: 5-20 working days
- Cost: shown at checkout
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. EU orders may be printed and shipped from Printful’s EU facilities.
Sample packs
Sample packs are digital downloads, delivered by email straight after purchase. See Sample pack refunds below.
Changing your mind (merch)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email contact@profdeezy.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn and unwashed. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty. We’ll refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back.
This doesn’t apply to items personalised to your own design or request.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email contact@profdeezy.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don’t need to send it back unless we ask.
Sample pack refunds
Because sample packs are delivered instantly, you agree at checkout that you lose the right to cancel once the download starts. If a file is corrupt or missing, email us and we’ll put it right.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
